Baby Makaton Classes

Signing for babies is a wonderful way to help your child communicate from an early age and meet with other mums.

Today over 100,000 children and adults use Makaton symbols and signs, either as their main method of communication or as a way to support speech.

Annie Fielder is a fully licensed Regional Makaton Tutor (Licence ID: 103521), she has two young children who both communicated using Makaton as babies and toddlers and now continue to use it when they are having a challenging time and find it difficult to voice their worries. From the second Annie begun to learn Makaton she was hooked, she literally cannot think of a situation it would not benefit; strongly believing that giving everyone a voice is crucial.
